Orange Line Transformation Program Discussions
The Orange Line Transformation (OLT) Program aims to improve all aspects of the line to enable greater speed, capacity and reliability. It involves new CRRC cars and upgrades to tracks, signals, power substations and Wellington Yard. The program aims for Orange Line trains to run every 4.5 minutes.
